Yesterday I did my first EDT and hit Therme Bucharest for the day!
Flew from Stansted, 6.30am flight and arrived 20 minutes early. Jumped in a Bolt taxi to Therme, had 5 fantastic hours there, I even had a drink in the pool outside as it was a balmy 17 degrees! Cabbed it back to the airport for a 7.55pm flight home. Highly recommend, and will be going back as I didn't get a chance to do everything I wanted either!
Flying almost 2600 miles for a spa day, now that's my jam 🤲
Download the Bolt app before you go as I paid 40RON instead of 200, which is what the cabbies outside were charging!
The food there is really good, lots of variety. Had some pork and salad, the one traditional dish they had on offer apparently!
Get the Elysium package as that gives you access to everywhere else, that cost 125RON. Yes, I even did some of the waterslides on site 😂
They have loads of things on in the saunas and steam rooms, infusions, quick facials, you name it. However be prepared to queue up and to be turned away as it gets super busy.
Already want to go back!
