ROMANIA BURACHEST 2024 CITY NUMBER 9 MY PAMPERING FOR THE MONTH What a AWESOME and very DIFFERENT kind of DAY OUT No Dora explorer or step counting for me (i will be back for that)this was strictly a pamper and chill day. Airport parking: We saved and got dropped off & picked up from the airport. Flights and Travel: Ryanair return from Stansted to Burachest @ £27.27 each. We only needed the under seat free bag and didn't have allocated seats so no extra cost! Total cost for both of us.. flights total £54.54 and we got to sit next to each other Wednesday 31st January: Stansted 5.55 am - Burachest 11am Burachest 9pm - Stansted 10.25pm. Flight was (2 hr 45 min), landed then took a bolt from the airport to the therme baths site, £6.98 each way. Airport is tops a 10 min drive to the spa. WE WERE TOLD BY THE BOLT DRIVER THAT PICKED US UP WE ARE VERY LUCKY HE CAME AS BOLT WILL NO LONGER BE PICKING UP FROM THE BATHS ONLY DROPPING OFF BUT WILL STILL BE ADVERTISED ON THE APP BUT DRIVER WILL CANCEL THE TRIP. THIS HAPPENED TWICE TO US ... THIRD TIME LUCKY!!! The place we Visited: Therme Burachest: £30 a ticket Elysium Adult, 1 day holiday ticket (ticket covers all 3 areas, inside & outside baths,sauna area and the water park!!! there are extra charges for treatments). Time needed ALL DAY it was so nice as it wasnt busy and we got a lovely double lounger bed. The water slides section was rather cool I was like a big kid. The outside baths was really nice and was surrounded by a lake and the was shining all day. For any smokers they do have a outside smoking area by the outside baths . I have added a photo of timetable & prices for you to have a nose at Minus the travelling we had 7 hours in spas/baths Need to pack: We took our own flip flops, towel, gown and swim suit which is ALL MANDATORY but If you want to rent the items instead of bringing your own I have included a photo of the costs (it averages between £10-15 to rent the lot) Access into the relaxation areas while in street clothes or shoes is not allowed Food and drink for the day: We had 1 spoons breakfast, Pepsi and the mandatory wine £22.10 No food or drink brought from outside is allowed into the Therm baths I have added the pool bar drinks menu photo and the international restaurant menu. Therme’s 3 restaurants has loads of different dishes from around the world and a selection of lots of drinks for all tastes to. You get a wristband when you arrive and you scan that to buy food and drink throughout the day. You pay for all the days purchases at the end just before you leave,nice and easy Drinks Prices Cocktails & glasses of wine £6 Soft drinks: £2-3 Food: Burger & chips All in the total cost of the trip for both of us was £195.91 = £97.51 each Feeling all refreshed. Its now time to head home Roll on City number 10
